Quunthalzapio is based in Finland (Stålarminkatu 2, 20810 Turku) and sells dietary supplements for wellness to EU customers. This refund policy applies to all orders placed through our website. Our products are dietary supplements, not medicines.
Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods.
How to Withdraw

You may use the model withdrawal form available from EU consumer authorities, or simply state your wish to withdraw.
Return of Goods
You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. Products should be returned in original packaging where possible. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed otherwise.
Refund
We will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day we receive the goods back. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.
Defective Products
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including delivery costs. Please provide order details and a description of the issue.
